Translation
Hunnect Ltd provides translation for all European languages as part of our foreign language services. Our translators live in the target language country translating exclusively into their mother tongue. Our aim is to maintain a continuously high standard and to provide a comprehensive service to our clients. Our translation work is supported by an appropriate infrastructure (IT environment, translation memory software, qualified colleagues), quality assurance and effective project management.

Our primary and constant goal is to remain one of the most reliable translation companies that offer linguistic services in connection with Hungarian and other European languages. We are able to take translation projects on “almost” any subject area to and from the English and Hungarian languages as well as from Hungarian into any of the European languages. Stringent quality control procedures are in place for our translations, with our translators assigned to projects based on their mother tongue, experience and competence in the subject area. The translation is then checked by our terminologists to ensure the use of the appropriate terminology databases and glossaries that are given to the translating team prior to the commencement of the project. The translated material is without exception checked by a second native translator, who is also experienced in the subject area. Final quality assurance includes, in all cases, checking compliance with the formal and content-related requirements of the translation.
Localisation
As part of international globalisation, an increasing amount of information is published worldwide as software applications, publications and other online content. For the end users, the visitors of websites and the readers of the different publications, it is of utmost importance that the regional version of the products or services are appropriately localised and correctly adapted to the given functional environment.

Post-editing of machine translation
We have implemented translation automation technologies and integrated them into our translation workflow. Language quality assurance
Language quality assurance is essential in the different stages of translation and localisation projects. Our company provides the following language quality control steps for our clients:
- LQA (language quality assurance): an assessment based on an extracted sample of the translation that is carried out at any stage of the translation process. During this step, in addition to the accuracy of the translation, the language and grammatical conformity is also examined.
- LSO (linguistic sign-off): the final linguistic assessment is carried out at the end of the localisation project once the localised environment (software, website, e-learning material) has been created.
Interpreting
We are able to organise interpreters to meet the needs of our clients in the common language pairs that we provide translation in.

Marketing adaptation
In the decisions that need to be taken throughout an international marketing activity, following an assessment of the international marketing environment and selection of the market, a clear definition of the elements of the marketing communication is required. As part of translating the marketing content it is essential to carry out certain cultural analysis and linguistic consultations in association with the language and cultural environment.
This service is usually requested when our clients enter new markets with their products. Hunnect Ltd offers the adaptation and creative translation of marketing material to the target market building on a European network of cooperating linguists.
Publishing
A recurring request from our clients is the editing and wrapping of the translated material. Desktop publishing is provided with the help of the latest software applications.
